The fantastic location and modern, clean and spacious accomodation. Very helpful and friendly host. I can't think of one thing. If you aren't sure whether to book this place, just do it!! It's right next to lots of wonderful restaurants. Such a nice vibe on the street, people sitting outside of cafes etc. wish we could have stayed longer.

Lovely property in the heart of Henley, there is a side gate that leads directly into the market square so couldn't be closer.Lots of great shops,bars and restaurants nearby, would highly recommend Luscombes. Parking at the back of the property was easy to access and secure. The apartment was very comfortable, warm and spotlessly clean.There was a little bit of noise at the front of the property, but the large ensuite bedroom is at the back of the property so was quiet. Key code access needed for the side gate, car park and building on a couple of occasions couldn't get the side door into the square to open so had to go to the back car park entrance. Also it is key code access to the apartment( no key) which took a bit of time to work out how to lock etc (not sure what happens if there is a power cut).

Whilst the entry directions seem a lot, when you first see them, if you follow them it all works perfectly.
The flat is warm comfortable and if you follow the suggestions re showering then use of the hot water system works perfectly also. It is very clean, stylish warm and comfortable with a fast internet service, loved the private parking space for my colleague too. Being right in the middle of the town gave us many eating and drinking options within walking distance. We loved it and if in the area again will definitely return. At this time of year (March) it was excelent value for money. Nothing to dislike

The apartment was in the perfect location. It was spotless and had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was excellent at all times and the bottle of champagne on arrival (we went over new year) was the icing on the cake Nothing

Very cosy flat in a great location in the centre of Henley. Facilities were top notch and we had everything we needed. It was easy to walk out through the rear entrance to all the shops and restaurants. The parking space was easy to access and very secure. One of the two beds was a bit too soft for a dodgy back but that’s a personal preference.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. Beautifully decorated in tranquil location. Welcome pack so unexpected but lovely thought. You really don't need anything as everything you require is provided including dishwasher and washing tablets. Fantastic time. Highly recommended! Nothing!

Tolle Lage, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Die Ausstattung ist sehr geschmackvoll, modern, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Alles was man benötigt, ist vorhanden. Fön, Bügeleisen, Waschmaschine und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Alles sehr sauber und einladend. Sian ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die auch bei individuellen Fragen jederzeit ansprechbar ist. Die Kommunikation war schnell und hilfreich. Wir werden nach dieser tollen Erfahrung gerne wieder kommen. Dankeschön, Sian! Nichts

The hosts were excetionally kind and their cottage was equipped with everything you could need.
The location was great very close to Henley and the lovely wee village of Sonning. I highly recommend it for a bit of r & r. Nothing
